Fresh snow

The avalanche danger is moderate above 2000 metres and low below. The main problem is fresh snow. With the sunlight, small loose snow avalanches can come loose in some places. This is particularly the case on very steep, sunny slopes.

Snowpack

15 cm of fresh snow fell overnight with little wind. Within the fresh snow, the snow may lose its bond. The underlying snow cover is well consolidated.

Tendency

The risk of avalanches decreases as settlement progresses.
